Public Relation
Videographer Video Editor
- If you can shoot and edit videos, we have a job for you. We don’t mind if you’re a newbie or an experienced pro.
- We’re looking for a self-starter who can complete task and prioritise without supervision.
- Able to work with team to create engagement and storytelling content for our social media.
Customer Retention
- You’ll also handle after-sales service, which means that you’ll be responsible for helping customers after they buy something.
- Build relationships with customers and ensure they feel heard and appreciated.
- You’ll also be tasked with resolving issues in a quick and effective manner.
- Sales rep to call existing customers and talk them into sharing story/project, and up-sales cross-sales.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for connecting with our customers through WhatsApp and other communication platforms. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimising communication campaigns.
Social Media Content Writer
- We’re looking for a creative, experienced social media manager to take on our company persona and take charge of our social media accounts.
- Can make basic infographics and posters, and you understand good design principles. Those skills could make our work more visually appealing.
- Work as Content Writers to create interesting website content. You should have great research skills and enjoy writing.

About us
Muslim Al-Fateh Organisation is a registered non-governmental entity operating at the national level. We are an operational NGO, which means we plan and implement projects on the ground to achieve our goals. This requires a lot of planning, communication, and local involvement for each project. We also have volunteers all over Malaysia and International. Our project at Malaysia, Palestine, Lebanon, Philippine, Myanmar, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Sri Lanka, Kenya, and Uganda.
Qualifications & experience
- Applicants should have a Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, and a solid understanding of the fundamentals of this technical field.
- We’re looking for people with at least one year of experience in this area or with relevant education and skills. Please apply if this sounds like you. If you’re a fresh graduate, let us know about any relevant coursework, internships, or projects you may have.
- It’s a requirement that candidates can read and speak Malay and English. In fact, they need to be fluent in both. They have to be able to speak and read both languages, and have a working knowledge of both. This is so they can work well with the team and our international partners.
- We’re looking for a real go-getter who’s not afraid to take the lead on projects and who works well without constant supervision. You’re good at setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and juggling multiple projects at once.
- We need someone who isn’t afraid to speak up and give their opinion.
- In addition to the basic qualifications, applicants should also be able to self learn as well as thrive in a dynamic environment. Experience in this area is a plus, but we are happy to teach the right candidate.
